At his bucks night a week before the wedding, son was standing talking to mates on a pier while waiting to get on the boat to take the party on a river cruise, when he stepped back and went straight down into the water....and in the process broke his arm just below the shoulder joint. He spent a night in hospital but they did not tell me I found out the day we arrived at Mission Beach to take the trip across to the island.

My eldest son left Australia to see the wide world in I think 1991 and did not come home for a long time. While in England he met the love of his life, and not long after he returned home 4 years ago she followed him. They were married 12 months ago on Dunk Island off the north Queensland coast. It was a wonderful time, so I am posting some photos of their wedding as a tribute to their Anniversary.
